"I have stayed here several times. I like the hotel, but arranging transportation to and from the airport is very difficult, requiring multiple phone calls. And again on the trip, as on my last stay, the staff at reception tried to charge me again for the transportation which had already been paid -- in fact was REQUIRED to be paid -- in advance."

"We dint stay at the property.. the hotel was in a very bad shape.. it happened to be a scam by rating it as a 5 star hotel..rooms were smelling bad of toilet and there was no one to attend as st the reception.. we tried calling your helpline number but couldn’t reach through.. would like to have a refund as we dint stay there"

"Shops on the first floor were never open, the majority of staff had no ideas or references for shopping. Very limited ability to charge to room (results in multiple charges and fees for international visitors). Overall, these were small things as the hotel is lovely, the rooms comfortable, the location excellent, and several staff members (Svitlana at reception) are exceptional."
