"We enjoyed our two nice stay in nice. The breakfast was good but unfortunately their restaurant is not open Friday, Saturday and Sundays (we stayed Fri and Sat!) There is a tram service just 5mins walk away and you have to change once to take you to the Promenade."

"Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night. "

"I’m sorry to our host that this review took me so long to write (six months on while on our subsequent trip). This place was really excellent and the owner was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. At the time, we were traveling with a one-year old, and he really went out of his way to make our stay in Nice a good one. Thank you! "This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Everyone said the checkin experience to be great. It was indeed. I arrived earlier than the check in time when the room wasn’t ready. "It’s third time that we stayed in Nice Home Lido. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Two minutes walk to the beach. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby, about 12 minutes walk to the train station. 20 minutes bus or tram from airport to hotel which is so convenient. Me and my husband love it. We definitely will go back again. "

"Le Royal was absolute perfection for our stay in Nice! We enjoyed our terrace and being on the Promenade. The room was large and comfortable, as well as the bath. Aline @ front desk was exceptional, even getting us a fan for the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nice. It was beautiful, quiet, very comfortable, and a wonderful location. "

"Perfect location for me to cycle in the hills for 2 weeks. All staff were incredibly helpful & proficient. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. Tram stop directly outside the airport & behind the hotel made travelling very quick & cheap, even with a large bike case. Enjoyed several evenings in the lobby relaxing & reading. Incredible to walk out of the hotel & have the Promenade & Mediterranean directly in front of me. 40min slow stroll along the Promenade into the old town/Port otherwise 10mins on the tram. Great stay, thank you"
