"Hotel had only 25 to 30 guests out of a capacity of 200 plus. Potentially a lovely place- near good walks and beach, nice grounds and rooms and good gym. But..... The spa which they are still advertising is unusuable €26 to play tennis !! The only vegetarian option at dinner, mushroom ravioli, contained meat ! No vegetarian option at all on 2nd night so we had to eat pasta and tomato sauce Laura was the only saviour as she put on a yoga class and tried to enthuse the small number of guests....

"We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. The ocean biew was nice, but the sun was very intense on the balcony for the first half of the day so it was hard to enjoy for too long. This resort has just one restaurant- the buffet. There is a limited menu of food at the bowling bar, but we found the food options very limited. At the Iberostar where we stay in Mexico, there are 5 restaurants to choose from, so having just the buffet for dinner was pretty...

"Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step...

"A lovely stay at this chilled hotel. Amazing sea views from the pool & terraces. The staff were very friendly & waiter service available to bring your AI freshly made delicious cocktails. "Loved it here! This hotel is approx 1hr away from the airport. But it's in the beach front (accessable from hotel). Nearby are other hotels and hiking trials. Food: Initially I booked breakfast only and upgraded once at the hotel to half board - the only places to eat nearby are in hotels. "This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years."

"Very quiet location , free bus service to town and beach . We played a round of golf on nearby course .. that was some experience , golf buggy and bring lots of golf balls are essential as terrain is very rough on each side of fairway . Must say scenery was fabulous. One thing I really missed was a decent cup of tea We had a kitchen without commodities ! However We enjoyed our stay there . "

"Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests. "

"Raggiunta la struttura, bellissima specialmente nella hall ed agevole l’accesso alla spiaggia meravigliosa e pulita. Mare strepitoso. Non presente come in Italia, la possibilità di abbinare il soggiorno in struttura ed il noleggio di ombrellone/sdraio in spiaggia. L’hotel su richiesta rilascia gratuitamente l’ombrellone da piazzare ovunque si voglia sull’enorme spiaggia. Veniamo alle pecche: scarsa l’organizzazione delle pulizie che venivano fatte a seconda di chi c’era di turno ma comunque in linea di massima non siamo MAI rimasti senza assistenza se loro andavano fuori orario e noi richiedevamo che venisse fatta. Forse buona la cucina internazionale… ma posso garantire solo quello che ho gustato, ovvero verdure, frutta e qualche pezzo di salmone crudo con limone, olio e pepe. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre generose. Di tanto in tanto le stoviglie non proprio pulite, basta controllarle e chiederne la sostituzione: lo staff è meraviglioso. "
