"Landlady made clear - repeatedly! - this was not a hotel and had double booked one of our two triple rooms. She did find another hotel for two of my guests, but that is not what we wanted! "I understand that Ibis is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, not having basic amenities like a phone or TV in the room is quite surprising. If a guest needs anything, they're expected to physically go to the reception. I also needed to book a taxi to the airport, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When I inquired about the lack of a phone and TV, the response was simply, 'It is what it is.' This level of service is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to...
