"First, I booked the wrong day, and the rate was nonrefundable. I sent them a message, and they switched the day of arrival. They could have stuck me an didn't. Classy! The room was great, nice courtyard behind. Front desk person gave me a map and told me where to go. The hotel is close to the old section of town. I even walked from the ferry to the hotel. Nice little coffee shop in the back."

"Lovely hotel surrounded by a nice garden. Many seating areas to relax and have a drink, chat or play a game. (Early) check in was easy. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with many choices. Initially we got a key to a standard (poolside) room which was outdated. Highly recommend upgrading as our main building room was very nice. Personally I liked the historical look of the hotel with marble stairs, wooden floors and wrought iron."

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"
