"Great hotel in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the only shopping mall and main boulevard. With taxis being unbelievably cheap, this is a perfectly located hotel between the beach and historic areas and all the best restaurants (in the opposite direction). I was made to feel like family and enjoyed my stay over several nights. Breakfast was excellent. The pool is in a small courtyard where you can watch the stars. A great small hotel."

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. For me the main thing was to feel safe and we did. The first night I was warmly welcome by Mrs. Ismary she was very nice and helpful. Mrs. Norma was also welcoming and ready to resolve and help whenever I needed help. "This property was conveniently located. 24 hour access with security and staff available. Provided safe, gated parking. Helped facilitate my car rental and helped us get a discounted rate. The accommodations were comfortable and the pricing was the best in the area for the level of quality we received. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nicaragua, from the U.S."

"Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality. "
