"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Duck Bay Marina, this is our second time staying at this hotel. The Hotel has been renovated since the last time we stayed. Our room was very comfortable and cosy. We were able to go from our room and see the lovely view of Loch Lomond. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All staff were welcoming and friendly. We also had a really nice meal in the restaurant. "

The kitchens are well-stocked and I loved being able to have food on hand for those late night excursions. There's a Tesco right around the corner. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Quiet off the beaten path a bit, around the corner from Hotenanny and St. Enoch's. Staff are kind and willing to help in whatever way possible. We've stayed at other hotels in Glasgow but this is now a favorite. The bathrooms are upgraded and the shower excellent. I do wish they cleaned the room everyday but that was a minor thing compared to all the benefits. Hightly recommend. "
