"Hotel was very nice, our room was beautiful. All staff were awesome other than the staff at Nasaya weren’t overly friendly or helpful. I would recommend staying at this Hotel during a stay in Alexandria. The view of the Mediterranean was incredible from our junior suite. Breakfast was very good also and had plenty of options. Sunrise is a good chain to trust here in Egypt."

"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff...
