"Had an amazing stay! Staff was great, beds so comfortable and hotel really nice. Parking was expensive and wished for breakfast included. But overall a great stay!"

"I absolutely loved the first concierge who checked us in, he was one of the desk managers he mentioned. The hotel itself was gorgeous though we had a party that was booked the floor above us and we pre-booked this room, it was loud enough we heard it until we hours in the morning. Thankfully we stayed for two nights and our cleaning lady was so sweet and so lovely to chat to, it made up for it! "

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped us set up a table in one of the common spaces to play cards with our friends. The locker rooms by the pool and gym were very clean. The pool was heated,so it was comfortable to get in. The gym had some standard machines and stocked with towels, but was nothing exceptional. The location was fantastic as it was easy to walk to many interesting city landmarks. You can go skating right across the plaza at Nathan Philips Square and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. There are many public lots to leave a car during a stay there. Our room was warm, clean and had a great city view. There was a small plumbing issue as cold water was not flowing from the bathroom sink. We watched some T.V and it was quiet over night. We will go back next time we are wanting to be downtown Toronto."

"Comfortable bed, room was clean. Fridge was on but not cold, not a big deal because there was an ice machine to keep drinks cold. Liked the water bottle filling station too."

"It was clean, the desk clerk was very professional and friendly. We were offered 2 bottles of water and provided an internet access code. One minor area for improvement would be to identify the web site. There were three for the hotel and I had to go through all three before finding the one that would let me connect. The towels and wash clothes are a little thin. "
