Every staff member did their job superbly. The quality of the property cannot be compared to anywhere we have stayed. The courtyard was so peaceful and beautiful; so unique in its respect/honor to Native Americans. We are looking forward to returning to Chaco. Thank you to all staff!

Cabinetry and interior doors need adjustment…feels like either General Contractor missed the punch list effort or poor maintenance program. Staff is helpful but not entirely enthusiastic about the job. Otherwise a pleasant experience but needs more attention to detail

Overall, I liked the hotel. Very nicely decorated and convenient location. Has a nice modern feel. Rooftop patio and drinks are amazing. Attention to detail in the room was a bit of a concern. Nearly cut my lip on a very jagged edge of a glass left in the bathroom and the sound insulation between rooms was substandard which was disappointing as the bed was very comfy. Spa services and massage was nice but sauna didn’t work after treatment which was frustrating. Front desk staff were very helpful at every interaction so that was a plus and they did what they could to accommodate.
