I made reservations with this property on Expedia, paid in full and was told that I would have a spicific room for my handicap! I called the Hotel directly spoke with the property management and was assured and comforted that I would have this room and it was blocked out for me! Arriving on the 11/12/24 at 3:00 pm I was told that that room was NOT available!! In making this reservation and checking availability in the Albuquerque area, rooms for 3 nights were not available or very slim!! The staff showed me another room, not the quaility of the Hilton Garden Inn or that did not suit my needs which was Unacceptable!!
I was very frustrated and unhappy with the situation!! My Wife and I were setting at the reservation desk with, "No Room At The Inn"!!! I did every thing necessary to secure my reservation. This was NO FALT on our part!! Finding another room at this hour was at best the better part of the evening. This whole exercise ruined the start of our trip!!!! I look forward to your responce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
