"Absolutely stunning! We have stayed in some nice hotels over the years but this has to be the very best! Luxury and class at every turn. The staff are amazing; from the moment you arrive at the lobby, to check in, at the pool, in the bars, restaurants. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and I would recommend picking a palm view room. Ask for it high up too so you can get the best possible views! Cloud 22 is stunning and worth a visit - even at the price it’s worth it, the resort pools are exceptional too. I would 100% recommend to anyone! "

"Faultless stay. Excellent service throughout and it felt genuine that they wanted us to be comfortable. 24 hour room service including drinks, great coffee in the lobby and the location was great, easily walkable too the Marina and JBR. I'd highly recommend. "
