"The condo is gorgeous, very clean and well stocked. One of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. We were not advised until check in day that pool was not usable. But would stay again in a heartbeat because of the comfort, beauty and amenities the condo provides."

"My partner and I had a wonderful time at Hacienda del Lago. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel itself a serene oasis in a very picturesque town. The pool was so warm! The bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet (except for the far-off crowing of roosters!). "

"The suite I booked was supposed to be a Comfort Room with King bed and an included Microwave. We had neither. Future visitors should be aware that the plumbing is old and there are limits on what can be flushed down the toilet. Staff are great and our breakfast experience was good. One other item of note is the garden has a Saturday Artisan market, with set up starting early. If you plan to enjoy the grounds and pool, Sat is a bust. "
