Good location. Serviceable hotel. For a two star hotel, it was good. But compared to normal hotels (like, Holiday Inn, etc.) - not great. Beds were uncomfortable. No shampoo, conditioner, etc. No wash clothes, only one hand towel. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast - the best thing about the breakfast was the convenience. Their amenities say discount parking nearby - that is false. There is a lot nearby, but no discount.

Exceptional staff....went above and beyond to assist me with local travel help to an unusual place. Would stay here again.

comfortable and inexpensive hotel .
We stayed for I night here and were very comfortable. It is in a quiet location, in the older part of town. The room was comfortable, but the bath was rather short! The breakfast, in the morning was good.

Old hotel in city centre, convenient to many things, and reception staff know how to advise you and are so helpful. But noisy at night and open windows necessary as no air conditioning. Bare floorboards but well cleaned and bed comfortable. Bathroom tiles and shower curtain not cleaned. Having to hold shower rose to shower is frustrating.

We stayed here to be close to our daughter-she was a student at the University of Savoy. It was just the right spot for us- the bed slept well-very nice linens. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The lovely windows from the room and the bath opened to let in the fresh air and give us a view of the cobblestoned streets and lively town activities. Our five night stay was the perfect way to start our time touring France.

Excellent value for money. The room was comfortable double, the service was polite and very cheerful, didn't try the breakfast. The location is around 10/15 walk from the train station, but quiet enough at night. A comfortable place for a cheaper stay in Chambery.

Très bien
Très bien. Chambéry est une jolie ville. L'hôtel est charmant, propre. Rien à redire sur l'accueil. Il est également bien situé mais le seul petit inconvénient a été le bruit fait par un groupe de jeunes dans la rue. Ce qui est indépendant de votre volonté et n'a pas été non plus dramatique. Un avis très positif pour résumer.
