"We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!"

"This is such a beautiful property and the room was absolutely wonderful! The only problems we ran into was we thought we misplaced an email with check in information, so we reached out via message and there was an automated response that said they would get back to us within a few days. We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. "We had a nice 2 night stay in a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was very basic, but clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Complimentary parking was ideal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. It would have been better with coffee that was not instant. There are also laundry facilities. There is a grocery store just across the street and we were very close to all the activities we had planned. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a comfortable stay. "
