"This is the best hotel in the City of Manaus. The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of common areas as well as room, the awesome breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant Fitz were some of the highlights. The hotel is very attractive and appropriately ‘Amazonic’ but with a modernist influence. The pool is beautiful as well as the lush gardens around it. Villa Amazônia is located downtown and steps away from the Amazonas Theater… a great place to be."

"Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. "Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

I got diarrhea from the expired food. the food in menu for room service taste like trash and very expensive. I stay 3 weeks and I ate at studio 5 cheap and so amazing. "
