I want to thank the entire staff for the warm welcome, clear instructions, and, overall, for the opportunity to relax at a reasonable price in Costa Adena. I really appreciated the location and the condition of the apartments. Everything needed for cooking was provided, except for a kettle, but we didn’t need one. The beds and pillows were excellent. I also liked that even in a studio, there were four distinct areas: a sofa with a TV, a dining table, a sleeping area, and a terrace with a sunshade umbrella and a small table. I was happy to stay with you and hope to return someday!

Firstly, when we arrived we couldn’t get in and no one to ask, there was a keypad on the main entrance and electronic locking system on the door and only the car park attendant who spoke no English to ask. We managed to somehow work it out ourselves eventually. We got in the property and there were insects crawling on surfaces, the whole apartment needed an update. Stains on bedding, yellow stains on pillows, broken tiles on bathroom floor with ingrained dirt in them, ingrained dirt round door handles, it was disgustimg, smashed shower door, we struggled to open the electronic lock on the door every time we went out - one night it started speaking Chinese and we thought we weren’t going to get in at all and have nowhere to go that night, filthy patio area, filthy patio set that left stains on my clothes after sitting on it. We struggled to lock the door once we got in too. Ceiling fans that were very noisy. I spent the whole week trying to find somewhere else to stay as it was awful, we only stayed because there was nowhere else to go, managed to get somewhere else eventually and left and emailed again asking for a refund but no response at all. There was no one there to complain to, only the car park attendant who spoke no English. I’ve emailed over 6 times to try and get a refund as we would never have booked it knowing the state it was in and we’ve never received an email back. The photos we saw advertising the property do not show how run down and dirty it is.

Lovely location, right on the harbour front. The apartments are ex timeshare and are now showing their age. A few things looked a bit poor (cracked shower door, burn marks on tables etc) but on the hole we were happy. They have large security gates that you open with the code they provide you via email. There isnt a reception or any staff to talk to, however the car park staff are connected to the complex and they allowed us to put our cases in a locked office until our apartment was ready. Apartment was a 2 bed and it was far larger than expected. The 2 balconies were also huge. You can talk to the staff on whatsapp and i asked them where the oven is?? I was told they have removed all the ovens because people were leaving them on.... Strange responce. Anyway we had hoped to cook a pizza but No.... As for the location your a 1min walk to the La Pinta beach. €6 a sun bed for the day. We spend most days here apart for the usual Siam Park and Loro Park. Overall, lovely holiday here.

Pros: close to everything. Cheap. Appeared to be superficially clean (caveat: resident cockroach). Cons: very large cockroach in bathroom (owners: he lives under the toilet brush container - his name is Keith and he’s very fast). Bed slats weren’t attached and had to be refitted. Extremely noisy from buses, traffic and attached janitors cupboard door (room 101). Very insecure - the digital lock (no physical key) only locks the outer plastic sliding shutter not the inner door. Regarding check-in/out, you use the parking attendants of the port car park to access reception to store cases etc. whilst they were very friendly, I’m not sure this would have been possible if I didn’t speak Spanish. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

We understood that it would be cheap and cheerful, so we werent accepting luxury at all! However I would not recommended staying here at all, if you have any issue whats so ever, you will not get any help without asking hopefully a passing maintenance worker, or the car park attendant! The reception was closed, the whole 3 days we were there, The communication is terrible, they have signs around the apartments with WhatsApp to contact for help, all our calls were unanswered on arrival, 6 messges on the day we arrived were not read or replied too! Now the room, we stayed here for 3 days, again we understood it was a cheaper accommodation however the room was absolutely not what we accepted! Firstly the room had a smell of stale smoke both me and my husband are none smokers we noticed this straight away, the shower door was cracked and the bathroom towels! I really don't know what they was them with as they smelt of fried cooking! I would not recommend staying at all, after the absolutely ignoring us on check in, we didn't message them again, we treat this as quick place to sleep, as we were only there for 3 days and everywhere in the area was fully booked. Overall, we would never return and would recommend management to either open the reception as stated or reply back to WhatsApp after we arrive! We understood we were staying over the Christmas period, so staff may be having some time off, but we accepted some reponse after we completed our self checkin.

Perfect Location.
If a premier location is your first priority in Adeje, then this has to be high on the list. Located by the harbour, these apartments have bars, restaurants, shops,a sandy beach and a Snooker/Pool/Darts centre only yards away. The apartments (although a bit dated) are spacious. We had a two level duplex. A twin and a double bedroom on the upper level, with it's own large terrace with sunloungers and chairs. Toilet & small shower on upper level. Lower level has kitchen, lounge area with TV, a small toilet, also a terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Towels are changed daily and apartments cleaned and beds made daily. My main complaint is the non existence of a reception for checking in. This is done at the parking kiosk next to the complex, by a parking attendant with very limited grasp of any languages except Spanish, which makes checking in a chore, and could be difficult should it be raining. However, for value for money for a family of 4 it is hard to beat. Don't expect 5*, enjoy the location. Yes, I would return.

Fantastic location
We stayed in a duplex (2 bedroom) apartment for 5 nights and have enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The location is top drawer with views of palm trees, the marina and out towards the sea. Despite the great location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again.
