"Great hotel, very large so be prepared to walk haha, many pool and restaurant options that were all amazing, drinks were great for all inclusive and transportation was easy to navigate! It was during Spring Break so VERY popular for college students during that time."

"The hotel is impressive . The customer service is par excellency. Stayed in the property for five days and there’s 8 of us and reserved three rooms. They made it a point to put us together in one building as we have requested. The rooms were clean and big. The view from the terrace is beautiful . The restaurants were fantastic. The array of food is abundant and delicious . The Los Galleos which is a Mexican restaurant has the most authentic food . The staff were very courteous and sensitive. We’re not able to get a table one night and they sensed our disappointments, Selena the manager arranged a table for us 13 people to have a table the next day for dinner. We’re so grateful to her and her staff especially the morning staff that served us breakfast. The breakfast buffet in Ciao was also amazing . It’s a buffet of international choices. The omelette is so good . The staff are also attentive and respectful. The senior spring breakers had a blast . The crowds were well controlled and there are securities are everywhere checking on minors . "

"I absolutely loved this resort!!!! I cannot say 1 bad thing about my experience. We ate at all restaurants except the seafood restaurant due to an allergy. The buffet always had a great selection, the omelet station was never too busy & the cook always had 3-4 omelets being made at once. If you want something you do not see…ask! They are amazing at trying to provide you with everything you want/need. "
