"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "
