"Didn’t tell you you had to make the room up and take down until after you book room. East just a pain to do after a full day of traveling. Our bed didn’t have right size sheets or blankets. So may do with using small sheets and blankets. Food at the pub was some of the best we have had. Very good service and ambiance "

"The room was cosy and sufficient for one night. It was tidy, but I could see it was wasn't wiped down properly after the previous guests, as I could still spot evidence of their stay here and there. Thankfully not enough to yuck me out. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you take some ear plugs, as you can hear almost everything your neighbours are doing and saying, in particular if you are in a downstairs room. "Wasn't expecting ensuite to be across the hall from our room, although the Guesthouse reminded me of my childhood family weekends away. A quiet peaceful place and hardly heard others coming and going. We ate at a local bar/ restaurant - expensive meal (exchange rates AUD the main reason) but delicious."

"From the Torridon Guest House we walked to all restaurants; to shopping areas, along the Ness River, to Botanical Gardens and cathedral. Our hosts, Russell and Ellen were gracious and Russell was helpful in providing historical and sites to visit in the area. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"Completely coloured by the fact that the hotel is being refurbished so there is no reception and 100mm of snow making parking hazardous. otherwise found the lodge open and wow what a room. Pine walling all amenities, loved it. Should come again, May and June."
