Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. It is an older property but it is very comfortable. The beds are excellent and the facilities are ideal. There is a very good buffet breakfast available and a good bar downstairs. The staff are all very nice and I really can't fault this place. I have no hesitation in recommending staying here."
