Our stay here was terrible. All of our stuff was packed without our permission when we went out. By the time we came, it was lying near the stairs because my phone wasn't reachable and the other guests were waiting. The staff was very reluctant to let us go in and check whether there's anything left behind. I'd hate to generalise but our experience in Aberdeen was ruined because of this BnB. I personally wouldn't ever want to stay with them in any part of the world
