"I had a wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel and would highly recommend it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised to find free snacks like Oreos, Calbee biscuits, and M&M chocolates, as well as complimentary drinks, including Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Macau beer, and herbal tea. A nice touch was the free-flow plain water available at all times. The bed was incredibly large and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic—right above Don Don Donki for convenient shopping, and there was a stunning, clear view of the Macau Eiffel Tower from our room. Unfortunately, we had an issue with a clogged toilet bowl, but the cleaner promptly attended to it and resolved the problem immediately. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful surprise the hotel arranged for us. We mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and they prepared a beautiful rose along with a delicious cheesecake with red velvet inside. They also arranged a lovely flower bed display, which my husband and I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and very welcoming, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle buses to various places, which makes getting around extremely convenient. It’s also within walking distance to major malls like The Venetian Macao, The Londoner, Wynn Palace, and City of Dreams."

"The best hotel I have experienced. The hotel is beautiful with the grand lobby with double staircases. Very elegant and perfect for weddings especially. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable friendly and kind and caring. The amenities are also top notch with spa included with sauna wet and dry ones. Snacks of almond cookies apricots and hot jasmine or seasonal tea is offered for us to enjoy the experience. I can’t express how satisfied we were at this beautiful resort. "

"11/28/24 to 12/1/24 While an older property, showing its age, it is well maintained. Most importantly, peaceful. The staff were wonderful and responsive. I would stay there again. Taxi service was prompt and the doorman was spectacular. "

"Really amazing hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and so attentive. They seem to have everything you could ever need in the room and the staff where very detail focussed, noticing we had a lot of shoes and had lots of charging cables so a shoe rack and cable ties arrived in an evening. The executive lounge I think is good value for money too, they say you have hors d'oeuvre and cocktails from 6pm but really it’s a buffet dinner and every type of drink. The location is very close to the strip and the Light Rail but being a separate complex (Galaxy) means it’s a bit quieter and easier when you want to step away but still have restaurants and shops available. Honestly, I think when I’m in the region again I’ll probably go for a couple of days just for the hotel. You also have access to some facilities in the Ritz Carlton, which has great restaurants and a super bar which is worth a visit.
