"Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town. "

"Exceptional service from staff. Arrived early and offered breakfast voucher before check in which was much appreciated. Had complementary wine tasting each evening in the foyer. Clean/modern facilities. Breakfast buffet offerings were plentiful. One issue: we had issues with hot water on first night but staff sent maintenance to address the issue and was resolved about an hour later. The next night the water was Luke warm around 6 pm after returning from hikes and was told by maintenance that...

"NO TOWELS IN THE POOL , I HAVE WAIT 30 MN AND 2 TIMES ASK THE TOWELS. THE BREAKFEST IS NO GOOD ( COFFE AND EGGS !)"
