"It was a great stay. Location is excellent , just next to the MRT and ride hailing app DiDi is just 1 click away. Service was all good. I arrived very early, left my luggage, walked around a bit, and got an early check-in at around 12. Big room with comfortable bed and all necessities you usually expect at a high end hotel. Massage at Chi spa is legendary and it's worth the price. The onsite restaurant Jiangnan Wok was voted 2nd best in the city but I think it's worth the number 1 position after...

However i ordered bolognese, they brought out spaghetti without the bolognese sauce, once i was done eating they brought out the bolognese sauce with the mince meat.... was quite an odd experience. "Både hotellet i sig och rummet var jättefint. Sängarna hade stora kuddar, så det var väldigt bekvämt. Receptionisterna kan prata bra engelska, vilket underlättade en hel del. Jag har varit på flera hotell där personalen bara kan några få ord. Jag rekommenderar frukosten där. Det fanns ett stort urval av både kinesisk och västerländsk mat. Hotellet ligger jämte ett shoppingcenter och tunnelbanan, så det är både smidigt att shoppa och ta sig runt. Finns även många restauranger i närheten."

"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "
