"Auckland was the last stop on our 26-day vacation and this was definitely the right hotel to end with. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, with a nice view of the harbor. If you are arriving in a car (not taxi or Uber), one thing to watch out for is that they don't really have a driveway in front of the hotel. Just 2 small parking spots where you can pull in, check-in or out, pack or unpack. But if they are busy you might have to make a few laps...

"It’s stylish hotel with comfortable beds and a good shower. The design is awkward, light switches are small, black on black, there’s no way to just turn on the bathroom light, the sink doesn’t drain well, there was mold under the sink/counter join. The lighted mirror was not adjustable and only works if you’re a hobbit. The first room we were given had no AC but the staff could not believe this although it clearly never works . We were allowed to check in early and we were moved to a bigger room...

"Fantastic hotel we booked four rooms for two couples two children and an infant and a parent. The rooms were fantastic enjoyed all the services including the pool buffet breakfast. Our only complaint was the green lights in the room are a little bit of a night."

"The place and kitchen was cleaned regularly. The rooms were small but had enough storage for luggage. I really liked that the beds had curtains, it helped make it feel less hostel like. The game room was often empty, guess that is a positive or a negative depending on what you are looking for. Over would definitely book and stay again."
