Water and cold towels were provided during our shuttle ride to the hotel to help cool down from the Vietnam heat. Our bags were taken care of from the airport all the way to our room. "We loved our stay at Melia DaNang. As it is the off season there was a bit of maintenance required around the place but was still kept very clean. We were very impressed with the staff all very helpful and happy to be at work, in particular the Bar supervisor Viet, Gnan from the restaurant and An from customer service were all extremely friendly, helpful and really wanted to serve and learn from us. "This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "
