"Could not have imagined a more conveniently located property. It is right across the bridge from the hustle and bustle of the old town’s core, less than a 2 min walk, but once inside it feels like you’re in a different world. We had been staying at more boutique properties throughout our Vietnam trip and the service was a tad more impersonal than other places we experienced (though still kind and efficient and very friendly) but I think that is something you can expect from a property that is now managed by an international company. "

"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, both before during and after our visit. We were a large group of adults and children and were given rooms close together. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was a large array of goodies and the other meals we ate in the hotel were all of high quality. The staff keep all public areas clean .and the reception staff are helpfu and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange some complicated transport for our large group and when one of the children left a toy dog behind they went out of their way to find it and arranged for it to be returned. Very much hope to return for another visit. No hesitation in recommending."
