"Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have a balcony! There were lots of amenities available. Staff was friendly. Check out was slowed down considerably though as they were late in bringing our luggage. Our uber had to park and wait as staff went to find our bags. The cost of the room was very high ( over 200 usd per night) making a stay of more than 2 nights impossible."

"We were upgraded to a suite. The location is great, 2 min from a mai road with loads of local transport, shops, restaurants, takeaways, art shops, the Nile banks and pharmacies. One insignificant issue for us was a school opposite the hotel. School drop offs start at 7 am. We are early risers, was not a problem. "

"The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are lovely and I was given a late check out with no extra charge. The elevator isn't safe (we know first hand) and Communication with reservations to resolve issues beforehand is impossible. Having said that I would stay here again but only send my luggage in the elevator. "
