"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."

We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. "The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by. "

"From the moment you arrive at The Banjaran you know that there is something special on offer. The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace and well stocked mini bar. The vibe at Banjaran is laid back and low pressure. Long lazy delicious breakfasts and options to relax and decompress around the site, spa, sauna, pools and places to just site and watch the world go by. At the core of the Banjaran experience are the staff who are friendly, quietly efficient and always purposeful. "
