We stayed at Cheya Beşiktaş Hotel in November, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Oksana in the kitchen, stood out for her attentiveness, kindness, and hardworking nature. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—her personable and supportive demeanor truly made a difference. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and kindness. The cleaners were equally amazing—respectful and thorough in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, close to many attractions and within walking distance of the water. It made exploring the city so convenient. Spacious rooms and beds. It is located in the heart of Instanbul old town. It is walkable and with lots of restaurant in the surroundings. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Parking is a problem tough. On the other hand there's easy access to trams and taxis.

I had a 2 day loft which was very spacious with a good view of the Hagia Sofia. I extended my stay to a standard room. It was okay. This hotel is walking distance to all major attractions. Downside is the rooms are not soundproof. I was able to hear conversations from the other rooms. On my last 2 nights children were running back and forth from upstairs room at late evening hours. Everytime someone exited the rooms you can hear the impact. The staff were very nice. Thanks to the staff who made the hotel pleasant.
