"Very easy to find reception as it's all well sign posted. Checking in was very easy and they were ready for us early. Staff were very friendly and informative. Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We received conflicting information about the cost and availability of some services. However, neither hotel or city is car friendly with it being virtually impossible to take car from recommended car park to hotel, due to one way system which even TomTom could not master!
