"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean, and the facilities are nice (pool/sauna). We had a nice view from our window of the garden area, and the windows open for good ventilation. I had a bath in the room, and noticed some mould floating in the water. Which may have come from the faucets/drain - minor issue. Our bed was two single beds put together, which was fine! "Very clean and very friendly staff the room was clean and well equipped with everything you need and more only two things I will say is that the window had a draught coming in even full close and the wardrobe was tight to open had to apply some force it was falling on the side the doors "

"My bedroom window was right next to the 1st tee on the Championship Course. It was great to start the day by watching some golf. The hotel has an excellent Spa. I wish I had stayed longer. Great value hotel."

"Check in process is poor. We booked two bedrooms with one room having two double beds according to Expedia advertising and selection at the time of booking. We were never told what room number assigned to us and on Apple Wallet upon checking in online said room 4-5. When arrived, it took us 1 hour to find out that we were put in room 20 with only two king beds and on the third floor. NO elevators. This has never been stated on the website and at the time of booking. We had many heavy luggage....

"Very friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms. Good hearty breakfast. Lovely view of garden,beach and river from dining room and bedroom. Slight issues were TV stuck on one channel and holder for shower head broken. To be fair, we didn't mention these till check out, as weren't big issues for us. Neither of these things would stop us staying here again. It was an unexpected treat to find such a nice place to stay as we were passing through the area! "

"Despite a small issue getting the entrance code - apparently caused by communicating through the hotels.com message system - the stay here was perfect. It was a lovely apartment: spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I’ll be back."

"The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. Breakfast is amazing and you pick what you want from a changing menu daily which is finished off with homade loaf from Jeni we had banana loaf this morning which was still warm. "Great location and setting for a short stay in Fife. Staff were helpful with extra requests for a young family. Delicious food from the restaurant and full breakfast next morning. Room was spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds, fast wifi, fridge and TV etc."

"Very pleased with property. Centrally located. Only negative was extremely heavy doors that did not stay open and banged shut quite forcefully. I have a young son and we were constantly anxious of fingers getting caught. Otherwise an excellent stay"
