"L’hotel è nuovo e molto pulito. Il parcheggio ha un punto ricarica per le auto elettriche ma il personale non è in grado di offrire alcuna informazione a riguardo o relativa al gestore. Nel sito Web dell’hotel si dichiara che l’hotel è a 20 minuti dal centro storico, ma di fatto si trova a 40 minuti come gentilmente rettificato dal personale dell’hotel. Colazione a pagamento dí qualità medio bassa. Riscaldamento troppo alto nelle stanze e non regolabile "

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay. Our only complaint was the mattress. More firm/hard than we like. But the beauty and staff made up for it!"

"This luxury property is located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, accessible via a windind road so its not walkable or convenient to anything else. But the incredible views, scenery and indoor spa made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good."

"Just a one night couple stay on a road trip round Italy. Firstly what a view from the balcony! Room and bathroom small but adequate as I was expecting. But the balcony made the room twice as big, if only the weather was better. Breakfast was very good lots of variety on the day there. One slight negative, we were happy to pay the parking to have the car close by but I don’t think having paid however much for a room the parking should be 15 euro but like I said we were happy to pay just to...

"Der Aufenthalt war gut und das Zimmer schön. Das Restaurant und Frühstück waren sehr gut, jedoch war das Hotel sehr abgelegen und der 200m Kiesweg unangenehm zu fahren. Das Badezimmer hat schlecht gerochen aber ansonsten war es gut."

"Staff was friendly although didn’t offer much in the way of helpful advice or suggestions .Room was quite modern and clean. Breakfast was mediocre and some details were lacking: Many of the “clean” plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty with stuck-on food. Town had very limited things to see and do. There were a couple good dining options, but not many during early season."
