"I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating. "Staff was friendly and nice. Met with the managers by pure happenstance, and just casually mentioned that the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. Was offered a replacement refrigerator but I declined as it was my last night before flying back. Would definitely come back again!"

"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

"Great stayed , Great location to access public transport within walking distance to LRT, MRT and Rapid KL buses. Near to main tourist attractions. The set back was Superior room ,and bathroom a little small, and the floor carpet with oily stains and little smelly. The breakfast was average with little choices,but enough to fill up stomach. Worth the price for the stayed."
