"Excellent "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Hotel is walking distance to an IT MALL, and that's it. there are some small shops selling food and road side food stalls. The nearest mall would be Pondok Indah Mall. Staff were alright - nothing special. I am surprised i need to request for a hair dryer for my 4 days stay there. It took me more than 2 hours to get a hair dryer. In fact, the initial call was greeted with a "sorry, we don't have any more hair dryer.".... I was like....Durh....This is not acceptable! Finally, they...

"There was an obvious stain marks on the linen. And the lobby / waiting area was not airconditioned. So it was hot for guest to sit & wait for check in or taxi."

"Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend the hotel restaurant's breakfast, which has a good selection of western and local food options. Only downside is the property is a bit far from shops. Even going to the convenience store requires a motor bike ride. "

"Narrow street, A three stories building. Front parking and nice attendants helped parking with a breeze. Small Reception but check in went smoothly. Room is two story. Nice but small stairs made a little uncomfortable. They should have a hand rail for safety on rails. Easy to fall on floor if not careful."

"Unfortunatell, it wasn t that great. We couldn t rent movies through cable, the toaster didn t work and my wife got food poisoning. Luckily I prayed and Jesus healed her. The breakfast was usually " slightly warm"."

"The room looks kinda old but the staff are accommodating. The area is great. There are lots of street food and eateries around the area especially the Bakso Bobo in front of Indomaret. 💯"

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "

"The hotel is on a great area although the roads are noisy. Very convenient if you need to get to a variety of places. The building itself is starting to show it's age, wear and tear is evident in the rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly."
