Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (2483)
"The room is quite nice! Beds are comfortable but the pillows are too thick. The decor is very nice but the designer of the bathroom didn’t do their job very well. The toilet is too close to the shelves and is not to building code standards. The sink depth is too deep and doesn’t hold water. The noise from the hallway pressurization shaft that is directly across from Room 464 is too loud. Mechanical consultant needs to adjust it to reduce the noise. Love the heated parkade. "

But, I had two devices to watch on, so it didn’t matter. The Clerk changed the batteries in the remote but the TV still didn’t work. I will stay here again."
