"Hotel in great location. A lot of restaurants around. Only concern about transfer. Waiting too long for it from airport."

"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

"Stayed one night to catch an early morning flight the next day, staff on reception were very friendly and we received a welcome drink in reception whilst waiting which was s nice touch, the hotel has some construction work going on to put in a lift which when completed will be a bonus especially if you have luggage. "Huvan Beach Hotel is right on the Hulhumale beach. There is an excellent restaurant called Red Snapper downstairs. It is close to grocery shopping stores like Red Wave and SJ Mall. However, the room was very small, and the window was facing a wall, limiting available sunlight into the room."

"Great staff , they are a sincere bunch of guys , always ready to help out. The property could use a little maintenance however it is kept clean and tidy. A sweet one star and I would recommend this place and would have no problems returning. "

"As someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries, this is the first time I will write such a comment. The excursion manager of the hotel is an incompatible person named Zizu. He discriminated against us among other guests because we did not participate in the trip he wanted. He scammed us and charged us $20 extra per head. Moreover, despite this, he always ignored our questions and requests until the last day. Almost everything we dreamed of was ruined because of him. The hotel's biggest...

"I stayed at the hotel 6 nights and I wished I stay more. The hotel is not really like in the pictures but this wasn't a problem for me. Because the people from the reception to the restaurant have made the difference. And the delicious food they cook,and the surrounding ... Overall,it was a very good and pleasant stay!"

"The experience was ok, breakfast was good, they give you towels for the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, but the photos doesn’t match exactly as the ones advertised on hotels.com and not even similiar to the ones in google maps (it shows a swimming pool that doesn’t exist) it’s a few blocks from the prison and next to a mosque so prepare for the 430am prayers from really loud speakers, also there is doing a super loud construction of a building next door "
