"Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."

"Comfortable room , staff were mainly friendly although sometimes as a solo traveler I felt that they prioritised other guests (families) and had to wait longer in the restaurant. Plastic water bottles in the rooms - please consider using filtered water to reduce plastic. Good location away from the city (about Rs200 in auto) but walkable to several other restaurants too. No laundry facilities. "

"The location is very good and just few kms from all the key places to visit that we had planned. Although in the middle of city almost still away from the hustle bustle and very calm place opposite the hockey stadium. Food was good but just that the service was a little slow. Rooms are very spacious in 3rd floor. Do check on A/c while booking , there are some rooms without A/C."
