"1) Hope to have more accessible features inside bathroom. Floor is slippery. 2) Room aircon seems to be non-adjustable. Extremely cold at night. Feels stuffy when aircon is switched off. even got mosquitos. 3) Variety of TV channels seems better than when we last visit 2-3 years ago. Room service staff is considerate to put more bottles of mineral water for us . 4) Conciege staff are helpful when assisting us with the luggage and my mum who is with wheelchair. Thank you l, Hatten Hotel! "

"Generally, ok. Service was good. The daily breakfast spread hot section changes everyday which was refreshing. However, the wall paper was kind of old and peeling. Canndo with a refresh."

"Quite an old property. Hence didn’t impressed me much. The rooms has an old musky smell like any other hotels which were old. One of the lift was faulty when we were there, but no signs were put up. We waited long time to get to our rooms during peak hour. The hotel staff were helpful and kind when we asked questions. I liked that the hotel employed staff with disabilities, giving them a chance to be more independent. "

"Our first time staying at dusit.and the brand lived upto it's name . Very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to all.major spots and great view of the river and kampung houses. Enjoyed our stay"

"The room we were given initially had a broken air conditioner after the first night. Despite several attempts to fix the problem, it was unsuccessful and we ended up having to change room but from a double bed (which I requested in my booking ) to two singles. It wasn’t ideal but with a working air conditioner, it makes up for it."

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"This is our third time staying here during festive season (Hari Raya/ Eid Fitr). Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Quite comfortable to sleep with decent quality bed. Surrounding area have a lot of restaurant, cafes and retail establishments."

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
