"The hotel staff were really helpful and lovely. The room was clean and comfortable although it would have been better if we had a balcony. The area is very noisy so this is not the place to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is very convenient for the island hopping tours though and there are plenty of options for places to eat and drink. "

"Check on was extremely slow considering we were the only ones and came a day late. Our room was not ready even though we paid for the night before. The bungalow was well kept and clean The breakfast was good. We did eat at the restaurant but better food else where. I booked a tour and was given the wrong one the receptionist told me it was my fault that I had signed for it. Which was untrue I never signed for it. Other than that my stay was perfect "

"Jennifer and staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Our flight came in at 8am and we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already available. Included breakfast was delicious and filling! Added bonus is that Jennifer was able to book the tours we preferred, complete with pick-up from the hotel to drop-off at group meeting places. We optimized the time we were in El Nido cause of their organized tours. "

"The resort was about 10 minutes away from the main part of el nido. We loved that it was quiet. The beach and views were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and could be reached in a timely matter. We were only able to stay one night, but we wished we could stay longer!"

"Lovely staff and amazing location to explore El Nido. The breakfast was good with a nice view. There were a few minor imperfections with the hotel room - squeaky bed, rattling windows and grimy bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at the Aqua Lodge for a good price and would recommend."
