"Run Away, Run Away, Run Away. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel...

"This was an outstanding property with amazing service. There were a few issues in my room, but they came to the door right away and repaired them. The staff was friendly and helpful with advice for things needed in the area just stellar service hundred percent the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautiful. There is construction going on right across the alley, but there’s nothing they can do about that."

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

"Very dishonest people and property. I booked a room and on arrival, thee manager asked me to make sure that the room is up to my liking. The room was unclean, nothing even close to the photos online. Someone had just showered in the bathroom, the floor had puddles of water and someone’s dripping wet underwear was hanging on the shower knob.
