Second day we asked them to change the room and in the second room door bell was not working and our telephones too. But we called them and have phones fixed. "We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

"Run Away, Run Away, Run Away. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel...

"The property is not well maintained. Even though the room and the toilet were reasonably clean but they were old and needed lots of repairs . As we were on pilgrimage we not so bothered but the room and toilet needed lots of maintenance.A two star hotel does not mean broken and dirty facilities. I will only give a five a star to the staff as they were kind, courteous and extremely helpful. They could only provide what they had available. And they went beyond their capacity to help their guests....
