"Clean and breakfast was a plentiful "

"On arrival we were warmly welcomed. The check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good shower. The entire hotel is well kept.At breakfast there is a good enough variety. The staff are absolutely amazing 👏 aways friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect with lots of restaurants and convenience stores all around, with the beach very close by.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danang. "

"The staff is the strongest part of this establishment. From the front house and to the back. Bed is extremely comfortable. My only gripe—might be room dependent. The walls had mould and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. It has a shared balcony with the neighbor. At its price point, it still hold value depending on your comfort tolerance. To circle back, the staff is absolutely hospitable from the beginning and end. "

"This place is really a hidden gem! It’s walking distance from old town Hoi-An and some great restaurants. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched and I facilities is impeccably clean. I could not ask for mor and wouldnt think twice about returning!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Phoenix Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in several ways. The rooftop pool and bar were the perfect spots to relax, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beachside getaway. I can’t wait to return"

"The staff spoke English and was super friendly and helpful with my questions. The area is farther away from the beach and nightlife but all within a short distance and very quiet. I suggest you download the ride app GRAB. Rides are very cheap."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps they could rotate the breakfast menu a little more. Excellent location with everything at your fingertips. The building soundproofing is not great for street noise at night. All in all great value for money. "

"Found ants on coffee table and inform staff about ants issues. The staff blame our kids for attracting ants by have food on table, which they didn’t have any food on table. The ants were found upon check in. Staff should not presume customers was guilty of ants without prior investigation of issue. Also hair dryer stop working after 5 minutes and both room ac unit didn’t work. We only got one room changed out but upon hindsight should have swap out both rooms."

"We had an excellent 4 nights. The breakfast was spot on as was the afternoon tea options plus we enjoyed relaxing in the gardens in the evening. The team helped us arrange a trip to My Son and the drive to Hue and overall the reception were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with"
