"釜山エリアの他の東横インに比べると老朽化が目立ちますが、室内は清掃されており清潔感はあります。無料朝食は日本よりも種類が多くて美味しいですが、朝食会場が狭いのでタイミングが悪いと待たされたり窮屈な感じで食べないといけません。西面の中心にあるので便利で、どこへ行くにもアクセスがいいので利用しやすいホテルだと思います。"

"何度も泊つていますが非常に良いと思う駅からも近いし繁華街にも近いその割には喧しく無い日本人向けに良いと思う "

"Good location. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Quality hotel with excellent facilities and good upkeep of the condition of the room. Have stayed in other Solaria Nishitetsu hotels and this one also lives up to the brand name. Our room had an impressive view of the city from the bathtub. Unfortunately, a non smoking room had a smokey odour in the main toilet when using the extractor fan. Previous guest seem to not care about the non smoking policy. Such a shame as the room was excellent aside...

"Room cleaning is not good even not every day they come (can ask for everyday cleaning). Facility is old but happy with price-quality. Refrigi in the room is out of order. Whole things inside were frozen. Informed about it to reception"

"숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다.동백섬.달맞이 고개 모두 걸어서 산책하기 좋았습니다. 방음도 잘되고 주위가 조용해서 좋았고 주차도 편하고..직원분들이 정말 친절하셔서 숙소 체크인할때부터 기분 좋았던 숙소였습니다. 다음에 해운대 간다면 또 여기에서 지낼 생각입니다."

"Close to Busan station, and lots of dining/cafe options. This area is known to be more nightclub-y, so be prepared for lots of young people during the evenings. There's a coffee shop on the first floor, and a Thai massage place on the second floor (you get discounts as a hotel guest for both). Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We even asked them where to buy a suitcase and they recommended Samsonite brand and told us where it's located in Lotte dept store. Would definitely stay here...

"관정 이종환 회장(삼영화학)은 오랫동안 장학사업을 전개하신 훌륭한 분인 걸 익히 알고 있습니다. 비지니스맨이나 가족 여행객을 위해 내실있는 숙소가 필요하겠다 싶어 만든 게 크라운 하버 호텔이구요. 그 뜻에 걸맞게 시설 대비 저렴하고 깔끔하고 관리하고 있으며, 그래서 편안하게 묵었습니다. 아, 물론 조식도 맛있어 욕심에 많이 먹었습니다. KTX 타고 부산 가서 대중교통으로 돌아보는 여행도 괜찮군요. 물론 부산역에 내리고, 도시철도 1호선 중앙역 코 앞에 있는 호텔에 짐 맡기고 돌아 다닐 수도 있어 편리하구요. 비슷한 입장인 친구들에게도 호텔을 적극 소개할 겁니다. 저도 몇 번 더 부산 여행 계획하면서 다시 크라운 하버 호텔에 머무를 거구요. 호텔 직원들의 친절에 감사하고, 또한 발전을 기원합니ㄷ다. "

"Little hard at first as there is no attendant. The building itself is occupied by about three other property owners who do have attendants. But those either refused to talk or said outright that they would not help. Seems Urbanstay really angered those other property employees. Urbanstay sent instructions in Korean in a way that couldn’t be translated. Fortunately some other Urbanstay guests were there, and we worked through the access process. Everything else after that was perfectly fine. "

"フロントの方は日本語がお話しできてとても親切で良かった。 3泊したのですが、トイレットペーパーが補充されてなくて少し困りましたが、それ以外は快適。チャガルチ駅からも近く、甘川文化村に行くバス停もすぐ。釜山に行った時にはまたこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"
