"The bed in Room 306 was infested with bed bugs and my son and his girlfriend were bitten in many places from 12 – 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday 21 July 2024. They have photos of the welts caused by these vicious bed bugs’ bites. Please email us how to send these pictures to Expedia. They could not sleep and eventually requested for a change of room to Room 206 which was not the King Deluxe Room Type that I had paid for. "The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received."

"Very expensive for one night.the amenities is disappointed as we expect more. Don’t have wifi, the water pipe came out very slow and little. Not just that the house have a lot dust. The price for the homestay is not worth it for me to pay rm420 just for one night and for such price I expect more than that. Hopefully can get half refund for that."

"Enjoyed the cool weather & beautiful sunrise. Nice clean resort and can be better if they provide transfer & meals. Those without own tpt is a disaster."
