"I stayed at le Saint Michel for two night while visiting the Champagne reagion. The staff was very friendly and provided proffesional service. We even forgot a bag full of souvernier, which they gladly assisted us in coureering ir back tl us. Two thumbs up! "

"It was spotlessly clean and had everything thing you would need. One side of the bed was very flat. The breakfast was delivered to room but was very disappointing as we were looking forward to it after reading other reviews. "

"Don't let the tired facade put you off, the room was clean and in good condition. Air conditioning was cold and the shower was hot and good pressure. The bed was comfy and the location is perfect, right next to the train station. Don't judge a book by it's cover!"

"It is the typical European hotel with the pub/restaurant below and rooms above. We booked our room only an hour before arriving around 8pm. The staff and locals were extremely friendly and happy to speak English when the realized we spoke little French. Even my mom commented that they had been the friendliest people we have met in France. I was traveling with my mother and teenage daughter. "This is a very bad experience. We have been “welcomed” by the owner by him closing the door in front of us and yelling at us that check-in time is 5pm, that he does not care about us having 6 hours of driving and being tired.
