"I had a good time in tanjung rhu report. Not only is peaceful, the ambience is simply just welcoming. Food is great, staff are friendly and room is so comfortable, big and clean! The money i paid for with my family is simple so worth it. I wish to thanks to their manager Hafiz Hashim and customer service lady Izzati not to forget the porter service young guy for being so attentive to my needs and helping me with my late check out and arranging my baggage and taxi to the airport. "Very quiet small resort, extraordinary appartments made from old sea containers. 200m from the highway and 2 km from Kuah (restaurants, streetfood, shopping ...). Directly by the sea (no possibility to swim). Infinity pool (almost nobody there). Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for pair, independent travellers and people who want to spent time on calm and quiet place."

"Stayed in Langkawi for 5 days and decided to try La villa for 2 nights as I heard nice things about it from friends, it was quite intimate very with a very relaxing atmosphere, furnishing were not luxurious but very comfortable, and the bed was just as comfortable as any 5 star I’ve stayed at if not more, fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks which was a plus. "The room was fine but lack of amenities. The view was amazing. In terms of security, I feel that they could be improved. It's a club hotel where I felt almost anyone can access your room's area because the hotel shares facilities with Langkawi Yacht Club (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, etc). My room was very warm. The air conditioning did not do its justice until I had to switch on the fan. I hate sleeping with a fan. "

"The hotel was well worth the investment. The service was great and it wss quite modern. The breakfast offers a lot of varities. The location is in the middle of the island so you will need a grab or a scooter in order to travel to beaches. There are some good restaurants nearby. For this price it is a great choice and highly recommended."
