"Very neat lodge style main entrance and dining/breakfast area. Most rooms are situated in separate cabanas (buildings) that you walk through on well maintained trails through a dense jungle. Breakfast buffet was o.k. Nice fresh fruit. "

"Located about 1/2 mile from the city center/ restaurant/ nightlife district. Beautiful jungle view of the river from my room. It’s an easy 5-10 min walk so it’s just out of the reach of the noisiness if you’re trying to get some proper rest in. The staff is so nice and they’ll make sure to help you with any questions. They also have an onsite person to help you with tours if you want to see the Falls. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was"

"We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. "Super quick but relaxing stay. Loved being surrounded by the jungle. The setting was rustic chic. The staff were very friendly & professional. The pools were perfect after hot days spent walking at Iguazu Falls. The restaurant was very classy but a bit too stiff for us. The attention to detail was nice but we felt the ultra gourmet, complex menu offerings were too formal for the vibe of the lodge. Felt like we were being too closely watched while we were eating. "This was a very nice stay, and just a tad away from getting a full five stars! On arriving at the hotel by taxi, one gets the impression of being dropped off at an abandoned property. They need to spruce up out front. Plants? However, once in the door, the design and decoration are great (see photos of the bell staff, too - they are very friendly!). The front desk staff were helpful, room comfortable and in good shape. It’s a bit strange that they supply instant coffee and tea, but no spoons...

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann viele Erfahrungsberichte zur schlechten Qualität nicht teilen und bin von der Spitzenleistung überzeugt. Die Lage im Regenwald ist schön, wobei man dies nicht mit dem Dschungel verwechseln darf. Dennoch sieht man hier zwischen dem Grün viele schöne Vögel (Kolibris usw.).
