"Superb location for easy access to the mall for shopping and dining options. Room very spacious and strong aircon which is good. Hotel appears worn in the rooms already, so could do with upkeep eg bit of mould in shower, chipped edges of bed etc. Breakfast buffet so so only. "

"Each time I visit JB, holiday inn is my top choice. This stay in particular, our room has a malfunction on the AC. It was extremely cold. The engineer was not able to rectify. So I requested a change of room. Although it took awhile to get me transferred. Otherwise stay would be perfect. "
