"Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!"

We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. The room was warm and clean, the bed was made daily and the towels were changed when requested. "In general we ara satisfied with our stay. Receptionists were helpfull especially Asya. The sofa bed in the living room has to be fixed. The technician came but couldnt fix it. Having free and good coffee in the lobby is a very good service. There are 3-4 metro stations nearby and a bus station in front of the hotel. Also the hotel is very close to Place des Vosges and Marais."
